Raids and dungeons

• Ulduar: Resolved an issue with Razorscale's Breath attack.
• Ulduar: Corrected Mimiron's hardmode timer.
• Ulduar: Thorim's Thunder Orbs can no longer be pulled into combat.
• Ulduar: Mimiron's Laser Barrage now hits a 10-degree cone instead of a 19-yard wide line.
• Ulduar: Removed an extra trash pack before the Mimiron tram.
• Ulduar: Fixed Razorscale's add spawn composition and queueing.
• Ulduar: Scoped the gear-scaling formula to Ulduar only.
• Ulduar: Fixed Charge pathing against oversized targets standing over unwalkable space (e.g. Kologarn).
• Stratholme: Restored the Scarlet Threads quest chain.
• Zul'Aman: Zul'jin no longer stays in troll form when entering the Dragonhawk phase.

• Every delayed mail is now announced, not just the first one.
