ZGAME WoW is a fan-operated private World of Warcraft server running on open-source emulator software. The service is provided free of charge and is operated for recreational purposes only. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account you confirm that you:

• Are at least 16 years of age — the minimum age of consent for online services under the GDPR and Romanian Law no. 190/2018 (or have verifiable parental/guardian consent if younger)
• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full
• Agree to comply with all rules listed below

Rules of Conduct

Every player is expected to maintain a respectful and fair environment. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Using cheats, bots, exploit scripts, or any third-party software that modifies the game client
• Intentionally exploiting server bugs for personal gain without reporting them
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other players
• Sharing, selling, or trading accounts
• Advertising other servers or services in game chat
• Using offensive, racist, or hateful language in any public channel
• Impersonating staff members or Game Masters

Suspension & Bans

The administration reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these rules, without prior notice and without obligation to provide a detailed explanation. Decisions made by Game Masters and administrators are final.

Service Availability

ZGAME WoW is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime, continuity, or data preservation. The server may be taken offline, wiped or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, items, or character data.

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in the forum when possible
• Emergency downtime may occur without prior notice
• We make no guarantees about data backup or recovery

Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced in the news section or forum. Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union regulations, including the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Any dispute arising from the use of this service falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
