How it works
Find the Transmogrifier NPC in your city (near the Teleporter NPC)
Click Transmogrify equipment
Select the gear slot you want to change
Pick any item of the same type from your inventory
Pay 1 gold — done!

Transmogrification is permanent until you remove it
