Raids

• Freya (Ulduar) — no longer repeats the "Allies of Nature" summon order, so the fight flows correctly.
• Freya (Ulduar) — no longer stays stuck in combat with Hodir's helpers.
• Algalon (Ulduar) — encounter state is now tracked correctly, for reliable reset and progress.
• Yogg-Saron (Ulduar) — encounter state is tracked correctly and phase 2 now only starts once the boss is engaged.
